The farmers market will be held at Bishop Park

September 5, 2026: Athens Farmers Market hosts around 45 vendors a weekend, live music, children's activities and cooking demos.

Shoppers at the farmers market can look for variety of baked goods such as breads, fried pies, sweetbreads, jellies and jams which include strawberry pineapple, peach, blackberry, blueberry, and wild plum.

The vendors will also be selling picked vegetables, salsas, relishes and soups.

It will open between 8am and 12pm.
